This is good news. Every year, millions (that’s ten to the sixth power) of people die from the effects of malaria. It wreaks havoc among the weakest and most destitute of our brothers and sisters. It affects the young and old most heavily.

Is a chemical which was demonized and used by radical, environmental extremists to promote their agenda.
Thank heavens we can see some scientific principals applied to a devastating human crisis.
Now if I can just get Al Gore to actually review the global warming literature…

This was a long time comming. The poison is in the portion. Good science and reason have triumphed over fear mongering and irrational NGO's.
Now let's see how long before we can get some results and release people from this scourge. I would predict eightneen months after prescribed usage should result in marked improvement in the qaulity of life...
This is just great. Once the millions are saved from malarial death, the first thing they will say is "Hey, I'm hungry. Where's the food!!!"
Well it beats dragging the economies of those nations right into the tank...frankly feeding these folks is the least of the problem.
Now quality education and protection under the rule of law...not so easy
